Pre-Raphaelite and other Masters: The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection

From the Holy Grail to the femme fatales, the Pre-Raphaelites caught the Victorian imagination with their remarkable blend of fantasy and naturalism. Andrew Lloyd Webber's collection contains works by the most significant Pre-Raphaelite artists. It is also distinguished by important works by Sir Joshua Reynolds, Canaletto, Picasso and Stanley Spencer, all of which are on show.

Pre-Raphaelite and Other Masters presents works by the original Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood — Dante Gabriel Rossetti, William Holman Hunt and John Everett Millais — alongside work by later Pre-Raphaelites such as William Waterhouse and Edward Burne Jones. The exhibition also includes work by significant Victorian artists such as Tissot, Leighton, Alma-Tadema and Grimshaw with stunning period furniture by William Morris, Pugin and Burges, and ceramics by de Morgan.
